Our Radish
It is healthy, why

It is a vegetable with a low rate of calories and rich in vitamins and folic acid. It is particularly recommended to protect liver, kidneys and the breathing system.

 
         
   

Radishes’ sauce
with shrimps

     

Ingredients

   

200 g radishes
10-15 shrimps
50 g parmesan cheese
50 g pine nuts

 

mustard
garlic
oil

 
 

Directions

     
 

Wash and dice 200 g red radishes; blend them with a garlic clove, 50 gr.parmesan cheese, 50 g. pine nuts and a little spoonful of creamy mustard.

 

Pour extra virgin olive oil until to obtain a soft and thick mixture. In the meanwhile steam shrimps and serve them in soup plates already filled with your sauce.
